Music studies in the Adolescent Program (12-15 years)

This is an example of how science is weaved into the study and work cycles. Frequency/sound waves and anatomy of the ear were key lessons for the music study.

This student is presenting her research on Classic Rock. We learned that the "founding father" of rock was not Elvis or Little Richard. Actually it was not a father at all, but in fact gospel musician Sister Rosetta Tharpe with her electric guitar.
